Electronic Clearance System (ECS)
ECS is a facility by which your Renewal Premium will be automatically debited from your specified bank account on the Premium due date.
To avail of this facility, you need to fill and submit an ECS Form along with a cancelled cheque (which is required to record the MICR Code of your bank).
You can submit this at any of our Branch Offices or handover to your Advisor.
Note that we will require 30 days to process from the day we receive your ECS form at our branch. In case your next Renewal Premium payment falls due within the next 30 days, you need to pay that particular premium by normal mode (cash, cheques, online).
Your policy should be active (in force) at the time this facility is activated.
Incase the Premium due date falls on a holiday; the premium would be deducted on the next working day.
